This page is your self-service privacy dashboard. From here, you can download a copy of everything we have on you, correct personal data, opt out of non-essential processing, and delete your account.

Export your data

Download a JSON archive of your account data, including your profile, lists, reviews, travel plans, and saved items. We do not include media files (posters, photos) +�G�Gǥ only the URLs and metadata. The download is generated on demand and can take up to a minute.

The export contains all categories of personal data we hold on you. This is your right of access under GDPR Art. 15 and CCPA +�-�1798.100.

Correct your data

To fix your name, username, or bio, visit your profile. To change your email, go to account settings. For any other corrections, email privacy@zo2y.com.

Opt out of non-essential processing

You can turn off analytics, reset your on-device cache, or revoke the service worker from your browser settings or our clear-auth page.

Delete your account

Deleting your account is permanent. It removes your profile, lists, reviews, ratings, travel plans, and saved items. We are required by law to retain some records (e.g., financial transactions) for the legally required period. We may retain anonymized or aggregated data that can no longer be associated with you.

To protect you, deletion requires you to type your email address to confirm.

We respond to verifiable requests within 30 days (EEA/UK) or 45 days (California), extendable by 60 days where complex. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
