Copyright / DMCA Policy
Zo2y respects intellectual property rights and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), the EU Copyright Directive (DSM Directive 2019/790, Art. 17), the UK Online Safety Act 2023, and similar laws worldwide, we have adopted the following policy.
1. Designated Agent
Notifications of claimed infringement and other communications regarding this policy should be sent to our designated agent:

Subject line must begin with "DMCA" or "Takedown Request"
We respond to valid notices within 5+GGǣ10 business days.
2. Filing a Takedown Notice (17 U.S.C. +-512(c)(3))
To be effective, your notice must include all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the rights holder or an authorized agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works at a single site).
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material and information sufficient for us to locate it on Zo2y (URL, item ID, or screenshot).
- Your contact information: name, address, telephone, and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on the rights holder's behalf.
We may share the substance of your notice (with personal contact details redacted) with the affected user.
3. Counter-Notice (17 U.S.C. +-512(g))
If we remove or restrict access to your content in response to a takedown notice, we will notify you. If you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or any district in which Zo2y may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant.
If we receive a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant and may restore the material at our discretion unless the complainant files a lawsuit within 10+GGǣ14 business days.
4. Repeat-Infringer Policy
Accounts that are the subject of multiple valid takedown notices will be suspended or terminated. We maintain a record of repeat infringers as required by 17 U.S.C. +-512(i)(1)(A).
5. Misrepresentations (17 U.S.C. +-512(f))
Knowingly false claims of infringement or counter-notices are prohibited. Misrepresentations may subject the maker to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
